These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the My Dukaan mobile app and website (the "App"), operated by My Dukaan ("we", "us", "our"). By creating a shop profile or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
My Dukaan is a self-service ledger tool for small shop owners to record daily sales, purchases, customer credit (khata), employee attendance/salary and expenses. It is a record-keeping aid, not accounting, tax, or financial advice.
New users get a 30-day free trial with full access. After the trial ends, continued use of entry-adding features requires an active paid plan. Your existing data remains visible and exportable even if your plan lapses.
Monthly: ₹99/month (auto-renews every month)
Yearly: ₹999/year (auto-renews every year)
One-time: ₹2,999 one-time payment, lifetime access, no renewal
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change plan pricing going forward; changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.
You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current paid period (see our Refund Policy).
Your business data (sales, credit book, purchases, expenses, photos) is created and edited by you. Keeping it accurate and up to date is your responsibility. Optional Google Drive backup, if enabled, stores a copy only in your own Google account.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App, or to misuse the payment or reminder features to harass others.
The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that calculations, reports, or reminders are error-free, and we are not liable for business losses arising from reliance on the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [your city], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
